		<description>Good points! Taking a day off from your diet does indeed help. It&#039;s called a refeed  day. I&#039;m not sure on the exact science of it, but basically if you&#039;re dieting down &amp; eating at a caloric deficit, having a day now and then when you eat more healthy calories can help perk you up and help you get through the next phase of your deficit.</description>
